Established in 2014, the mission of our event, AMRAP 4 AUTISM is simple; awareness, support and most importantly hope.  Guided by the mission of Crossfit and community, A4A aligns with this mission to help drive support/funding for the Autism Strong Foundation.

We WOD because we desire a need to show how when people come together as a community, we gain strength and that strength is a powerful source of hope. This strong hope is something we wish to give to all families who are connected by autism, letting them know, they are never alone. Our event is Community first, CrossFit second.

Thank you to everyone for helping bring hope for Landon and all the millions of children diagnosed with autism.

What can you do to help?

Last year we had over 500 athletes from over 12 Crossfit gyms come out to support and raise $60,000 PLUS we extended our reach to Tennessee and Indiana with satelite AMRAP events.  Our goal this year is 700 athletes and to raise $100,000.  We can’t do that without your help.  Spread the word about AMRAP 4 AUTISM, encourage family to come and watch, volunteer, donate or have your company provide a sponsorship.  There are many ways to help.  Please reach out to becky@amrap4autism.com if you are interested in sponsorship, volunteering or have any questions.
